This page explains how users of the “Dreamgates” application can request the deletion of their account and associated data. We respect your privacy and are committed to providing you with full control over your data.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
To permanently delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
- In-App Deletion:
- Open the app and navigate to the “Settings” or “Profile” section.
- Tap on the “Delete Account” option.
- You may be asked to verify your identity (e.g., by entering your password).
- Confirm the deletion process.
- Request via Email:
- You can send your account deletion request to “destek@ealith.com”
- Please use the subject line “Dreamgates Data Deletion Request”.
- In your email, please specify the username and email address associated with your account. For security purposes, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon confirmation of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your profile information (name, username, email address, etc.).
- Your application usage data and history.
Important Notes:
- The account deletion process is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- We may be required to retain certain data for a limited period for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention). This data will be securely destroyed once the legal retention periods have expired.
- Your data deletion request may take up to 30 days to process.
